He then spent eleven years at a cost reduction firm working across more than fifty expense categories, where he ran the global logistics practice and its P&L. He joined Trans-Solutions in 2022 as VP of Consulting, and took over as President in 2024. ## You'll work with Paul directly Paul participates in every engagement. He reviews analyses, sits in the negotiations, and stays through implementation.
